Scoring Simulations in LMS

I'm so sorry to hear that you're running into this issue, but I'm happy to help troubleshoot. First, I'd like to check if you've included a results slide in your course. If not, you'll want to add this so the results are sent to the LMS.
If you're still experiencing this issue, would you be willing to share which LMS you're using, as well as your file? I'd be happy to take a closer look to investigate further.
