KC images shrink if wrong answers are selected

Hi everyone!

I'm troubleshooting an issue I've never encountered before. I'm using screenshots in a "click-to-answer" KC, and if I select the incorrect answer two or three times, the image shrinks. Can anyone explain why this is happening and point me in the right direction to fix it? This is happening in both Preview and in Review.
