Rise Course Title has vanished

I'm hoping someone can please help urgently. We are at publishing stage of a Rise course and recently changed Account Owner and Seat because someone left the organisation. I am now both the only seat holder plus the Account Owner. I'm not sure if this is why something happened. 

The course title (not Lesson title) has vanished, please see screenshot. There are now three dots there rather than the Recordkeeping heading. Any suggestions on how to bring it back? I tried Theme to no avail. Thanks.

    Hi Alison,

    Can you open and edit the course?

    If you can do that, do you see the name of the course on the course landing page?
