I have created a Rise course for a client and they said that the responsive screen feature isn't working on their LMS. They could only see 1/3 of the content and had to keep scrolling to see videos etc. Does anyone know why this might happen? I have asked what LMS they are using as I thought that the issue is probably due to the LMS not supporting this feature. They have SCORM 1.2 but I don't think this would be the issue.

Hi Josie,
If they are running the Rise course within the LMS environment itself (i.e. in a frame) this may happen. In this situation, the LMS interface reserves space for it's own interface limiting the amount of browser space remaining and available for the Rise course.
