RISE Course in Review Disappeared
I published a course to be reviewed in RISE. I had someone use the link I provided to add comments. I recently went back to the reviewed course and cannot find it anywhere (under Review 360) which means all those comments are lost. What can I do? Does it still exist somewhere?

I had the same problem. It's hours of work lost if we can't get them back. I'm hoping there's resolution to this problem!

I have an open ticket, but the short answer is that I was not able to retrieve my comments inside of Rise. Instead, I had to have the course owner forward me the emails with my comments so I could copy/paste them back in.
Reading over Maggie's case vs mine, I think we actually might have experienced something slightly different in that the comments that were lost in my course were ones that were put in using the commenting tool in the authoring side of Rise, not the Review link (see screenshot). I put in comments in as I authored and when I published the updated Review link, the comments no longer showed up on the authoring/editing side and did not appear in the Review link side, either.
