Returning to course error

We are having ongoing issues with assessments which we have built in Storyline (done in Storyline because we need a timer on it).  We had a contractor build the template. We then host the assessment on Learning Pools Stream.

When an assessment has been passed, closed down and then re-opened again, the results screen changes to say the user has failed.

We have tested in both Stream and ScormCloud and the assessment has this error.

I've recorded my screen to show the error in LearningPool Stream and Scorm Cloud.

If anyone has any suggestions of how to fix this issue it would be appreciated.

  • if it's happened on ScormCloud also, articulate support will take the error message seriously

    you should open a support case
