Our support team can help check if your corrupted project files can still be recovered. If the file as a whole is beyond recovering, we can also check if we can recover any of the media or slides in the file.
Please share your project files here or in private by opening a support case so we can we can attempt to recover them. We'll delete it when we're done testing!
