Quiz Scoring

I have been building courses the same way for over a year with no issues.  I am building one right now and discovered that after my final quiz question the course freezes and will not advance.  It sits spinning.  I uploaded it to my LMS to see if it does any different on there.  It freezes in the same spot, however an existing score (correct) does show up on the main page of my LMS even though the course will not advance to allow the user to complete. My triggers are the same as they have always been, and I have deleted and restarted several times to see if it just a glitch somewhere.  Any advice?
