Question on Generating Word File in AS 360

Hi,

I keep getting the error message window after I generate a Word file in AS 360. See attached. This is after getting the message that the Word file rendered successfully. So am not able to access the Word file. Have tried several times, re-booted and tried again.

I am working on my local drive and have just updated to the most recent version of AS 360.
