Problems Sharing Articulate Course Online
Hello all,
I have created a storyline course and wish to share it widely through the University I work at. I don't want to host it on the LMS as there isn't really an appropriate place for it. Currently the story.html file is saved to my Google Drive and has been made shareable to anyone within the organisation who has the link. However, when you create a link and share it, the screenshot attached appears. I know you can just click 'open in chrome' at the top there but I know this immediate display of html will confuse some of the people I am sharing this with. I just want it to open automatically without that prompt or the html appearing. Any ideas?
Help would be massively appreciated! I spent ages on this course and want it to be as accessible as possible!
Thanks,
Hamish

Hi, Hamish, and welcome to E-Learning Heroes! ✨
Thank you for sharing the screenshot!
This happens because Google discontinued web hosting through Drive as of August 2016.
When you publish your project for the web, you need to upload it to a web server. Take a look here for some options and tutorials.
