Sharing a rise 360 file
Will a user lose access to my rise 360 file that I shared when my trial ends?

not if you sent a copy, may do if you collaborated

Not sure it should be send a copy from the rise menu.
Share is a link to the live content.
Do you want them to be able to access the live course or an editable course?
For any live courses I believe these disappear once your trial ends.

Hi Gigi,
Typically Articulate keeps your Rise courses for 6 months, after which your courses are deleted. At that point it is safe to assume that the SHARE link will no longer work.
I don't know if the SHARE link will work in the interim though (i.e. immediately after the end of your trial and up to 6 months).

Ok thank you. I will probably purchase a license to be on the safe side.

Hello! I'm wondering if this theory was ever tested? I uploaded a SCORM file to our LMS for a course and am now worried that people won't be able to access the course after my trial ends.
Hi Susan,
Happy to confirm this for you!
We'll only delete content that is hosted on our servers when a Trial subscription expires. Any courses that have already been published or uploaded to an LMS won't be in any danger of being deleted. The only drawback that I could think of is that when the original courses are deleted in Rise 360, you won't be able to go back and republish the courses in case you need to make any changes or updates to the content.
Let me know if you have any questions!
