Hi Kalin,
I'm happy to help troubleshoot this issue and would like to start with these items:
- Rename the PowerPoint presentation to a simple name such as test.pptx
- Move the PowerPoint file to the root of Drive C:, to avoid illegal characters in the path. Try importing again after applying steps 1 and 2.
