Phantom objects - glitch or can anyone help?

I have been making a balancing equation slide using layers.

However, sometimes annoyingly I get either an additional H2 or O2 object appearing on the left... I've checked states and it only happens sometimes and not others. 

Has anyone got experience on how to fix this? Slide attached.

    Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue!

    I tested it out on my end and am also seeing the extra H2 and O2. I created a new project and imported your slide, but could still reproduce this issue. I've opened a support case on your behalf so we can investigate further. You'll be hearing from one of our Support Engineers soon via email!
