Review 360 Feedback Glitches

Hi everyone! The past two days I have noticed that my feedback section of review 360 is not accurately displaying where in the course the comment came from. The photo snapshot to show where in the course they are commenting is very zoomed in, so you cannot tell where it is. See attachment. Is this a known issue or glitch?

    This behavior appears to be isolated since I'm not seeing this issue being reported by other users, and I was also unable to replicate it on my end. Here's a screenshot of how the feedback functionality works when I leave a comment.

    Can I ask if you are still experiencing the behavior? If yes, I'd like to ask the following information:

    • Have you tested Review 360 in other browsers? Did you experience the same behavior when you did?
    • Are your browsers up-to-date?
    • Have you tried doing a hard refresh of your browser? Here's how: Hold down Ctrl + Shift and click on your browser's reload button.
