Would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or privately by opening a support case so we can check how your quiz is configured? We'll test it in SCORM Cloud to ensure what you're running into isn't LMS-related. We'll delete it when we're done testing!

      Happy to help! I'm assuming you're also running into an issue where the final assessment scores aren't being recorded correctly after the second attempt. Is that correct? 

      We usually recommend testing in SCORM Cloud to see if the behavior occurs in another LMS environment. Have you tested your course in SCORM Cloud? 

      If you do not experience this behavior in SCORM Cloud, it's likely related to your LMS. I'd suggest reaching out to your LMS admin to see what they recommend. 

      If you are experiencing this in SCORM Cloud, you might want to review the quiz reporting settings within your project file. If you run into issues we are happy to help by taking a look at your .story file in this thread or privately in a support case.
