Hi Tammy. Thanks for sharing this post and helping people uncover an easy solution for avoiding a black screen when using the Storyline Block in Rise 360.
Back when I wrote the original announcement post, the feature was designed specifically to address issues with published Storyline files. Solving the Storyline Block black box issue ended up being a wonderful bonus benefit.
To help raise the visibility of how Course Cover Photos help the Storyline Block too, I've added some information about it to the original discussion board post. And we'll look to publish a full E-Learning Heroes article about it in the future.
