Lightbox close button in the escape room
Hey!
I'm trying to create an escape room with one main slide and a few quizzes in the lightbox slides. I cannot just jump to an additional slide because the progress on the main slide will be lost, and I also have an audio instruction on the main slide. Is it possible to lock the lightbox quiz slide before the learner submits it? Or maybe there is a way to create the quiz into the layer?

There are so many ways to keep the main slide from being lost, the audio to be managed, the quiz slide "locked". To get suggestions that are germane to your specific use, your best option is to attach your .story file here. Sanitize any proprietary data that you need to,

How to keep the main slide from being lost?
Hello Anastasia,
As long as the revisit behavior of your slide is set to "Resume saved state", any progress made by the learner before they navigate away from the slide will be saved. They'll then see all of their progress still present when they revisit the slide so they can continue right where they left off.
As for lightboxes, you can disable the trigger to open the lightbox until certain conditions or events are met!

Here is the test project. I inserted the random video background and audio narration.
Hello Anastasia!
Thank you for sharing your file! I found an example in our community that includes adding quiz questions as layers and lightboxes, and shows the difference. Let me know what you think!

Is there any way to lock the lightbox? For example, the learner will not be able to continue before all items are visited.
And how can I save my progress on one slide when I switch to others? For example, I have a main slide with different interactions, each moving to a new scene. Is it possible to return to the main slide at the stage at which I left it? (As in the escape room)
Appreciate your help.
