Installing Desktop Apps
Hi, I am trying to download the desktop apps (Rise, Storyline). When I type my log-in to begin the installation, the message is "This action requires elevation". Is there something I can do to fix this?

It sounds like your company restricts installations. I suggest you contact your IT department. (When I encountered a similar issue on another company's computer, they had a special app for requesting temporary "admin" privileges for installing software.)
