Issue Installing Desktop Apps

Hi all, 

I'm trying to install the desktop apps to my computer (new work computer; was able to install it on my previous one with no issues), and keep getting the following message: 

"Access denied. Your antivirus software may be blocking installation. Temporarily disable it and install again. Error: 80070005"

Any thoughts on how to move forward? Tweaking with my antivirus doesn't seem to be doing much.

    Hello, I'm trying to install and getting the same error: 80070005 - image below. Company security and tech teams have both tried to help but are unable to and recommended I contact you. Please let me know if you can help with this.
