Incorrect/No Audio Issues in Storyline360

Hi. A member of my team is experiencing an issue when he is completing a course in our LMS built in Storyline 360. Occasionally a slide or layer will either play no audio or incorrect audio when he first visits the content. However, if he clicks next and then previous then the audio will play correctly. It is not happening on every slide, and the issue doesn't happen consistently if he relaunches the course.

Has anyone run into similar issues or know how to fix this? I've attached a video of what's happening as well.

    I am getting the same issue with my published courses. Has there been any resolution / fix for this?

      Happy to help!

      This issue appears specific to a project file or the environment where the published output is hosted. Have you tested your course in a different environment like Review 360 or SCORM Cloud to see if the behavior is the same? 

       

      We'll be glad to test your project file to confirm what exactly is causing the audio issue and how to fix it. Would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or privately by opening a support case for testing? We'll delete it when we're done!
