file is corrupted and can't be opened again

Hi 

I saved my storyline file and when I re-opened it , I suddenly found nothing. There was only a blank page which was not containing the project slides I created and the program opened an error window saying that my project file is corrupted and can't be opened because it may be old. However, the file size became 0 kb ????

Please , Help me in this problem 

I tried the help in the relative discussions to the same issue but the solution was not accurate for me

    Hi, Tae. 

    I'm sorry to hear you have a corrupt file!

    You can check to see if a version of your file is in your temp folder:

    1. Open this folder in Windows Explorer: %appdata%\Articulate\Storyline 
    2. Scan the contents of this folder for a file that starts with the name of the project. If you find one, copy it to your desktop. 
    3. Change the file extension of the copy on your desktop from *.tmp to *.story. 
    4. Double-click the file to open it in Storyline.
