Failure to record completions
I've had three clients that host courses built with SL 360 complain that a percentage of learners who completed the course do not show up as completed.
It is easy to dismiss this as network/LMS er...
I'm confused why Articulate would make this an option that requires configuration, even for Flash.
Is it that it is better to let a learner go without notice of a failure?
