Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing an issue while trying to import content from a Word file but I'm happy to help troubleshoot.
- First, please ensure that you're creating, editing, and publishing your Articulate project from your local hard drive (typically your C: drive). Working from a network drive or a USB drive can cause erratic behavior.
- You can also try restarting your computer if you haven't done so.
If the issue continues, I'd be happy to take a look at your files for further testing. You can upload those here or share them privately in a support case. We'll delete them from our systems once troubleshooting is complete.
