I cannot get the exit button to work in Canvas LMS. I received an email from a support person but it did not tell me how to actually fix the problem.

It looks like our support team is waiting for you to add them as a learner to your course on Canvas so they can see what's going on. Did you do that? If so, I'll reach out to the team and see if they've had time to dig into it.
