Embed Settings

Hi everyone, is there a way to activate Embed Settings? Since I've been using Rise, I've watched tons of videos to learn about this platform, but when it came the time for Embed tutorials, I watched they have Settings for embedded videos, but when I tried and embedded a YouTube or Vimeo iframe, the only option was to change the iframe, but there was no settings tab/section.
