Displaying 'Resources' in a question bank

I've created a Question Bank and am successfully drawing questions from it in my storyline.  However, for one of the questions, I need the learner to have access to the Resources tab.  I have it checked to be displayed in the player.  However, whenever I preview, the Resources tab is not displayed at all.  Is there a way for the Resources tab to be displayed when drawing from a Question Bank?

  • Hi Robert,

    Thanks for reaching out!

Since you confirmed that the resource tab has been checked, are you comfortable sharing your file with us to troubleshoot further? You can upload it here or share it privately in a support case. We'll delete it from our systems once troubleshooting is complete!

Actually, I was able to resolve the issue. I simply needed to put one slide in the story that was not drawing from the question bank. Once I did that, the Resources tab was present.

      Thank you,
