Disable course completion
How do I set up a "course" in Rise/Storyline that basically functions as a web page, containing a welcome video, a calendar and a zoom link for classes (can use the same zoom link over and over).
I want the learners to able to come back to this course as many times as they need without it being marked complete, and have our team on the back end manually adjust the course to complete once the classes are over. Is this possible?

I'm not sure I fully understand what you're looking to do. You have the option to publish to a web format (HTML, without tracking/reporting) in both Rise 360 and Storyline:
- Rise 360: Publishing Content for Web Distribution
- Storyline 360: Publishing a Course for Web Distribution
