Rise course not completing

Hi All, we seem to be having an issue with one of our rise courses, the quiz looks like it has frozen and wont go any further, we have tried updating the SCORM file but this hasnt worked. The course now looks like it is incomplete for the employee, is there anyone who can help us with this?

    Thanks for your reply. The course is completing fine for other users it only seem to be a small handful of users that's not completing and not all of them.
