Course marked complete without completion trigger firing

I have a course that I want to send a "completion" message to the LMS when people click the "exit" button on the course. I have set a trigger on the exit button to fire and report the course as completed with the button is clicked. However, the course is still being marked as completed in the LMS as soon as somone opens the Storyline file. I am using Storyline 360 and reporting the course to Moodle. Any idea what I am doing wrong? Thanks!

    You may want your LMS admin to check settings in Moodle. Some LMS' (including Saba) offer the ability to automatically mark the learner "Completed" when he/she launches a course, which as an admin I find quite annoying.

      Hi Joseph

      This is a one-person show here, so I am the LMS admin as well. I'll check into those settings and check with my Moodle provider as well. Thanks for that input!
