Copying images between Storyline files

When I try to copy an image in a storyline file and paste it into another storyline file, all that appears is a transparent rectangle. In order for the actual image to appear, it seems I have ...
Copy and paste from SL to SL has never worked well, if at all. Always import the slide you need, if you want to end up with a copy of what you had to start. Then you can either copy and paste, or delete what you don't want.
