Closed Captioning Issue

Hi all, I'm stumped!  I'm building a course with Closed Captioning.  In random words throughout the course, the letter 'f' will simply not appear in a word.  The words are spelled correctly in the CC file and show correctly when I 'Preview Slide' in Storyline 360.  However, when I publish to 'Review' random words (not all words and not all instances of the word) are missing an 'f'.  Am I missing something?

See attached with the word 'dignified'.

    there seems a problem with the ligature "fi" - char "f", "i" will be combined to "fi" (two char in one)

    which font are you using for CC?

    try the articulate default font "Lato" for your CC

     

    result with Lato -> "fi" (the "i" is without a dot)

      That did it!  Thank you so much.  I had the defaults set to our brand fonts.  I changed the Caption font back to Lato and republished and my 'f's' are back.

      I'll definitely remember this for future projects.
