Can't seem to load MP4s to Rise

- How big is the video you are uploading? The maximum file size for each video is 5 GB.
- Are you able to upload images to the image block?
- Have you tried disabling compression for your video to see if this helps? Here's how.
- Has your organization added Articulate's endpoint to their allowlist? This will ensure that all uploads are uninterrupted by security protocols.
