RISE 360 not loading

Again, RISE 360 is not loading....(*attached)....504 Gateway Time-out is displayed...impacting the work.

  • 3/7/24 - Rise 360 Course does not load. Tried several times to clear internet cache and still cannot access Rise. Also tried clicking on 'Account' under Profile and get a "502 Bad Gateway" error.

  • Same here. Cannot load RISE, getting the same getaway message. This has been happening since yesterday for me. 

  • Have deliverables due....Articulate team....please have RISE 360 up....its urgent!!!!

    I’m so sorry for the trouble! Rise 360 and other Articulate products have experienced some technical issues recently, and our team has identified the issue. 

    We’re pushing out a fix and will be monitoring it. We’ll continue to share updates on our status page, articulatestatus.com, and you can subscribe there to stay informed! Once we’re back up and running fully, we’ll also share an update within E-Learning Heroes as well.
