Cannot scroll past Rise Scenario on iPhone.

I have one lesson in a Rise course that will not let me scroll all the way through to the bottom of the lesson no matter what I try. The minute I try to scroll past the first scenario block, the course either pops back up to the top of the lesson or I get an error message like the one attached.

So, far I have removed a Storyline block, rebuilt the first scenario block from scratch, and tried removing the continue buttons throughout the lesson. I can now get through the scenario without an error, but the minute I try to scroll down past the scenario, I get the error message or end up back at the top of the lesson. I am attaching a screenshot of the error.
