No sound when iphone is on silent mode

Hello,

We are testing our course for mobile but we notice there are no sounds or voiceover when the iphone is on silent. We tested in SCORM Cloud and on a web server with no luck. 

Is there a workaround for this?

    Hello Everyone! ✨

    I'm happy to share that we have released a new update for Storyline 360 (Build 3.78.30680.0).

    In this update, we have implemented a fix for:

    • Audio didn't play when revisiting courses on iOS devices with silent mode enabled.

    As a first step, I recommend updating Storyline 360 to the latest version. Here's how:

    Looks like it might be a decision by Articulate as YouTube in safari plays fine with silent switch on.

    I see you connected with my teammate, Chester, in a support case as well. We'll continue the conversation there!

    If anyone is experiencing a similar issue, the current workaround is to turn the mobile device off of silent mode.
