Best way to publish eLearning in multiple languages

This is my exact issue.
The client wants to use Rise for a yearly compliance course, BUT the course needs to be in 13 languages for learners. I was able to do this in SL. I thought I would be able to do the same thing in Rise but that is looking very doubtful now.
I already know that I will have to create 13 different duplications of my course and then importing each language file separately into each course's language. I was hoping to use the stacked buttons block as the starting page for the learners to pick their language of choice. But again, this is looking doubtful.
And the client does not want multiple courses for each language. They want one course with all the languages in it. It doesn't look like there is much of a solution as of 06/13/2025.
The only solution seems to use JavaScript to wrap the multiple languages into one course. I do not have this skill, so I guess I'll just need to figure a workaround. Talk about a headache.
