Audio issue in LMS

I'm sorry for the trouble! Since this behavior is only happening within your LMS, I would see if the audio experience is the same when using a different browser. Some LMSs work better with certain browsers and this might do the trick. If the behavior is the same, I'd connect with your LMS admin to see if this is a common issue. They might have additional recommendations!
