Articulate Review Tool no sound after clicking Review tab

There's an ongoing bug in Articulate Review that still hasn't been fixed for a while.  Upon entering the Review section the audio plays fine.  However, if you select the Feedback tab and then return to the Review tab the sound no longer plays.  This can get very frustrating when reviewing notes and confirming completion items.  

Anyone else having this problem?  Is there a fix on the way?

  • Hi there, and so sorry for the trouble.

    Our team is looking at an issue where the audio is muted when returning to the slide on the Review tab from the Feedback tab, and it sounds like that's exactly what you're experiencing.

    I know it's a bit cumbersome, but we did find that clicking on the volume slider reactivates the audio. Hopefully that'll work for you until we get this bug sorted out. 

    I don't have an ETA on a fix at this point, but I'll be sure to keep you posted!

    Remember how audio in Articulate Review would stop playing when switching to the feedback tab and then returning to the review tab? Well, that's now fixed!

    The best part is, because Articulate Review is a web app, there's nothing to update. New features and fixes are immediately available!

  • we have a file where audio drops off when playing back, without any clicking to other objects. Is this a known bug?

    I'm sorry you're running into this issue with audio dropping! Are you finding this behavior just in Review 360 or when publishing for Web or LMS?

    Also, which authoring tool did you use to create your course?

    I'm not seeing any open bugs related to what you're running into. With your permission, I'd like our team to take a look at your project. You can upload it to our team in a support case. We'll delete the file after troubleshooting.
