When you use text to speech, SL converts the speech to an audio file, and inserts the audio file into the course. When someone accesses the course, they download all the associated files, including the audio files, so it seems very unlikely to me that this will ever happen. It would require real time conversion every time the audio is played, and I'm not sure developers would put up with that much delay.
