Accessibility issue in Updated version.
I have created one module in the older version i.e 3.53.25436.0 and I have updated it in the new version i.e 3.64.27845.0 but layer content is not able to be read by a Screen reader but it is reading properly in the older version. attached is my story file.
Hi Prajakta!
I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your screen reader. Did you experience issues when previewing your file or after publishing? If after publishing, which format did you choose (Review 360, Web, LMS, etc)?
Currently, I do not see a story file attached. Can you please try again on your post by clicking Add Attachment?
Thanks so much!

I experience this issue after publishing the file in web format. Here is my story file.
Hi Prajakta,
Thanks for sharing your project file!
I tested your course using both the latest versions of NVDA and JAWS, and the course behaved as I expected it to when viewed with the assistance of screen readers. Here are some of my observations when I tested your course:
- Tabbing through the course using the tab key displayed the focus box, which went through all interactive objects in the slide/layer
- Using the up and down arrows keys allowed me to go through all non-interactive items in the layers, such as contents of text boxes
This screenshot shows a visual representation of my two observations above, with the purple focus box representing an interactive object, and the red box representing a non-interactive objet that can be read using the up and down arrow keys.
We've made some improvements to accessibility in more recent releases of Storyline 360, one of which is the focus box now only shows interactive objects. Here's an article to help you understand some of the changes:
