I'm starting a project that involves a lot of SMEs contributing content, and I know there will be plenty of back and forth to get the language just right. What’s the best way to handle this? In the past, we’ve used Word storyboards with track changes, but it’s hard for SMEs to visualise, and it takes ages to format. I’ve also used Review 360 in Rise, but the feedback screenshots often end up in the wrong spot, making it confusing to know what the SME is referring to. A colleague suggested Storyline might be better for reviews. Is that true? Or should I just export as a PDF and get feedback that way?71Views1like2CommentsReach Upgrade - No Help Purchasing?

Good day, I have been tasked with reconciling and putting a detailed document together on the following. Accuracy of the duration recorded on the Certificate of Completion (CoC) document. Correct the CoC document currently duplicating the Duration. Point 1: When I extract a status report per learner, it shows a duration of, for example,05:27:32. (see image below). When I extract and analyse the report, the total does add up. See the image below. However, one lesson has a status in progress, which has also been completed later. Sub question:How do we get the 'in progress' to a completed status as it continuously restarts a new 'session'. When I hover over the Download Certificate option (see image below), the duration is correct, but it also includes the incomplete lesson. Sub-question: Why is the 'in progress time included? But when downloading, it shows a different duration. See the image below. Question: why does the duration differ when downloaded? Point 2: On the COC, the Duration is recorded twice. Is there a way to track how long a participant is spending on each lesson? I can see the most recent activity and combined lessons with a time but wanted to get specific and see where learners are spending the majority of time. Does the lesson views count lessons that are viewed multiple times? When I count the number of lesson views it appears to be a higher number than the amount of lessons in the course. Hi, I only have the free account for Reach 360 that comes with the Articulate License. I have a learner who has an issue with their password, but I cannot see anything on how to manage learners and their account settings? The learner has clicked on forgot password link but is not receiving a link to reset their password. Hi, I am new to Articulate and its products. I am trying to change a learner's role from learner to Manager in Reach360. I uploaded the learners with the CSV template; all worked, but the default role is learner. How do I change it to Manager? I can only edit the learner's name and surname and add a group. Good afternoon, Is it possible to export quiz/progress results for multiple courses at once? Our organization has over 40 courses and we would like to be able to download all course data at once as opposed to going into each course individually under 'Analyze' and having to export data over and over.
