Hi, I recently attended your "Artificial Intelligence and the Future of Learning" webinar. Loved the demo - thanks! Do you have details on pricing and packages? It sounds like there will be some AI usage available for free and more available with a paid option. Wondering if you can share more on what that looks like. Just trying to figure out if/how much we may want to budget for this. Thanks, Jackie1.4KViews0likes26CommentsArticulate AI.....When?
So I have been reviewing numerous posts in relation to Articulate AI launching. No unless I missed something, I just can not seem to find any 'definite' launch date information. September seems to be the month now being talked about. Do we have any official word on this, any actual date? We have a couple of new projects we are keen to trial with the use of Articulate AI.Solved777Views5likes36CommentsUsing AI Assistant in a Rise Course Template
Hi All, Has anyone established if you can use the AI Assistant as part of pre-developed course template. I can see that you can use it within lessons themselves, so what I'm looking for is a way whereby you can upload the source documents for a new development, which retains all the course template features i.e company logos, brand colours etc... From what I can see, I don't think that's an option. My impression when this feature was first made public knowledge was that we could upload source documents and the AI Assistant would take the information contained within those documents and turn them into lessons, for us as Developers to then refine further if required. As an example, I've just uploaded a PowerPoint, and all it did was provide a suggested course title and created a course outline based on that title. It was then down to me to create lessons within each of those sections and add content, with none of the information from the PowerPoint anywhere to be seen. Am I missing something?299Views3likes12CommentsHow do you turn off the AI assistant?
Hi, Does anyone know if there is a way to disable the AI assistant option in Rise? I work in insurance and because of the specific meaning of words in insurance language, the use of AI like this is not allowed by my company. Does anyone know if there is a way to just remove it?Solved299Views1like8CommentsArticulate AI trial
Hi, I received an email back on August 13th inviting me to try out the Articulate 360 AI assistant and on that same day I followed the instructions to opt out. I logged into Rise today and I can see the AI assistant there, including the option to use an AI block. I double checked my account settings and I am still opted out, so why do I have these AI options? Is that normal even though I am opted out of the trial? I'd rather not see these options because I will never use them. Thanks for your time.Solved257Views3likes9CommentsAI image generator
Just playing around with the image generator to see what it comes up with. I am giving clear instructions and it is producing images that I would want to use. However there is something wrong with every image; someone has three feet, a hand that is back to front, 6 fingers, zombie eyes, one bare foot and one with a shoe on and in some cases missing half a body! How do I get round this? Does anyone have any tips?208Views0likes18CommentsDisabling AI tools
Hello Articulate, I have no intentions of availing of the AI assistant tools and want to opt out of the free trial lasting til Oct 15. Can I possibly disable the tools so I can continue with the old layout? Having the AI buttons in the way makes my experience a bit clunky as I am accustomed to clicking in the spots where the AI assistant currently sits. Thank you!Solved199Views1like11CommentsAI tex-to-speech
We are currently evaluating the trial version of the AI text-to-speech functionality. We are wondering if additional accents will be available in the non-trial version. We also need Vietnamese and Thai; what is the likelihood of those being supported in the future? We tried to use the Czech but seemed to be having issues. Is there a voice in the trial version that we should use to have the best experience? This is the current list that I found of supported languages: Arabic (Saudi Arabia) Arabic (UAE) Bulgarian Chinese Croatian Czech Danish Dutch English (Australia) English (Canada) English (UK) English (USA) Filipino Finnish French (Canada) French (France) German Greek Hindi Indonesian Italian Japanese Korean Malay Polish Portuguese (Brazil) Portuguese (Portugal) Romanian Russian Slovak Spanish (Mexico) Spanish (Spain) Swedish Tamil Turkish Ukrainian With this list, I am not sure which voices to use as most of the voices available in the trial version seem to have an "American" accent. Please advise. Michelle DoyleSolved199Views0likes5CommentsRemove AI Assistant Or Previous Version
Hello, I regret updating Storyline 360 today. The new AI Assistant is installed and while I am sure there are great features, the voices I am using in several training courses that I am building are no longer available in text-to-speech. How can I install the previous version without the AI Assistant? I can not continue building courses without the neural voices I was using. My customers already chose a couple of particular voices and I am not interested in changing the voice on hundreds of slides that will impact animations and other elements on the slides. Thanks, MikeSolved199Views0likes2Comments
