Lip Sync text to speech for characters

Question

I would love to see a feature with the ability to lip sync text to speech or audio to the characters. Currently when creating scenarios or using the characters they are very static. More voice options for text to speech, or ability to change the tone or cadence so they are not so robotic sounding.

Articulate has planned to deploy the talking avatars in their AI version, otherwise you have to go through other services like:

-DupDub: (https://app.dupdub.com)
And there are plenty of others at different prices...
