Why is Storyline 3 lacking updates? - Firefox issues
Currently storyline 3 courses won't load in a Firefox browser if they contain audio or video. This is a known issue that has been rectified for Storyline 360 during the July 28th update, so why has Storyline 3 still not received this same update?
I understand that Articulate 360 is the main priority as it's a subscription model, but Storyline 3 is still being sold today and so should still be receiving all necessary updates. It's unacceptable that there has been no update for Storyline 3 since the 19th of April yet during that time Storyline 360 has received seven separate updates.
When will Storyline 3 be updated to reflect the updates that Storyline 360 has received?

I'm sorry about your frustration with Firefox and Storyline 3. As you mentioned in your post, this is a known issue. I've added your voice to the case that has already been opened. When an update is available on this issue, this conversation will be updated.
In regards to updates for Storyline 3, limited updates do come to that product. For more on this, here is an article comparing Storyline 3 and Storyline 360.

you don't understand - storyline 3 is broken and cannot be used for courses with audio anymore, if you don't fix ist
if it's the same error like in storyline 360 - the fix can be done in 1 minute !!!!

I'm happy to share that we have released a new update for Storyline 3 (Build 3.18.28642.0).
In this update we have implemented a fix for:
- Firefox 103 wouldn't load courses with media on the first slide.
