Why does Articulate Rise not start up early afternoon in the UK
I seem to frequently have an issue that Rise will not load early in the afternoon (I am in the UK). I just get a blank screen. Is this a common issue?

Hi Robert! I wouldn't expect Rise 360 to not load for you during certain times of the day, and I can't say I've heard of this happening to any other Rise 360 users. Would you be willing to open a case so we can work with you one-on-one to find out why this is happening? We look forward to talking with you!

Apologies for not responding sooner.
I do not work fixed hours and I am not sure that I can work with someone on this. I posted to see if this was a common problem.
I have time now because Articulate Rise is again refusing to load! Just a grey page a scrolling circle.
