When looping back to question pool slide, it asks same question repeatedly.

Explanation of issue
I'm troubleshooting something on the side with 3 slides after breaking out some slides from my main storyline deck.

I'm using a question pool of 3 questions on slide 1.

On answering incorrectly, you are taken to slide 2, to see content/anim/video to explain more about the question you got wrong then returned back to slide 1 for another question. (In the full version of this course, there could be multiple slides shown before returning back to slide 1)

When returning to slide 1 and the pool, I get asked the same question again, despite 'Draw questions randomly' being selected and all questions set to 'Randomly' for the shuffle.

Slide 3 will be a question from another pool and is only shown when the slide 1 questions is answered correctly. Slide 2 would be skipped in this instance.

Is this a question pool bug, or is this functionality not supported? If I loop back to another duplicate of slide 1 with the same pool,  it will ask a different question but then remain locked to that one.
