Viewing an existing Storyline scene on a newly-installed Articulate Storyline (on a new laptop)

Would someone know why I have no sound coming out when I play a slide of a current Storyline file on a newly-installed Storyline360 on a new laptop?

I had to reinstall Articulate360 on my new laptop and when I try to work with my current files and play the timeline, no sound comes out. I even  created a new text-to-speech, but there's still no sound.

Any ideas?
