Hi Team,

Thank you,

Pooja Dhar

  • Hi Pooja,

Thanks so much for reaching out! Happy to help! ✨

I have a few questions to better assist you:

    • Are you running the latest version of Storyline 360 and Excel? Storyline 360 (Build 3.79.30834.0).

If you see a different update number, I recommend updating Storyline 360 to the latest version. Here's how:

    Update Authoring Apps

I'd like to take a closer look at your files to see if I can replicate this on my end. Please upload your Excel and .story files to this thread or privately in a support case!

Looking forward to hearing from you!

  • Hi Luciana,

I have saved my excel file and the story file locally and running the lastest version but the error remains the same. Others in my team who also the the Articulate licence, it's working fine for them.

    Thank you,

    Pooja Dhar

Yes, I have tried importing the slides into a new Storyline project, and then importing the Excel questionnaire again but still same error.

      Thank you,
      Pooja Dhar

  • the import crashed while creating a button

    at T Articulate.Design.ShapeFactory.Create<T>(Action<T> initializeAction)
    at IShape Articulate.Design.Shapes.Simple.Buttons.ButtonPlaceholder.Articulate.Design.Shapes.IPlaceholder.CreateShape(ISlideBase slide)

the message is unfortunately not very helpful - I hope the articulate will find the problem

  • Hi Team,

I have tried with different Excel as well, but it's not working. Any update on my error I am facing

      Hello Pooja,

Sorry to hear that you are still experiencing this issue.

Would you be willing to share a copy of the Excel file that you're trying to import here or in private through the support case that was opened for you so we can take a closer look at what's happening? We'll delete it when we're done testing!
