Videos Stop playing randomly

Hello We have a course in Rise that is exported as LMS, and some users have had issues where the videos just stops playing before it gets to the end. The issue seems to get fixed when the page is reloaded once or twice. While its not really a big problem, it does break the smooth experience we want our learners to have.
