Video time or frame seeking in Storyline without using Javascript

Hi all,

I'd like to display a video (no audio) with forward/back buttons that allow the user to play the video forward while the forward button is held down, and backwards while the backwards button is held down.

As well, I need to know the current frame or time of the video. Hotspots would be activated or not based on the current frame or time.

I'm currently able to play a video forward only while a button is pressed, but there's no built in option to play the video in reverse. As well, there's no built-in option that I've found to tell me the current frame or time for media.

This feature set would enable powerful interactivity with video.
